2015 Iditarod restart in Fairbanks · 10:27 AM

The 2015 Iditarod started yesterday in Fairbanks, for on the second time in the race's history, thanks to no-snow in Anchorage this winter. I'll have more when I get a chance to edit everything and upload, probably not till I get back from Arizona next week.

Looks like fun - but the Abstract tag and the subject had me looking for something a little odder. I realize it must be a mistake but dang I was looking forward to an abstract from Alaska... LOL.

I like #3 and the last one the best! You really have to admire the mushers and especially the dogs for enduring that grueling race!

How fortunate you could witness a part of it! Thanks for bringing us along, with your photos.
