another Egret shot, same Egret
Lens: DA55-300 Camera: K30 ISO: 140 Shutter Speed: 1/350s Aperture: F8

Back at the same place 2 days later hoping to get some more shots, he kept me waiting but eventually he showed up again.

Determination pays off, great shot. Looks like it’s ready to step out of the frame, nice separation and colour with the hints off blue in the water.

it was well aware of me, even though I was some distance back I was making it a bit nervous, but it hung around for quite some time

I like it, Cee Cee - the tone of the shot is very cool. This character looks very much like the egrets that hang out around here.
