That is a beautiful setting for the bird but I think Snowy Egrets have a dark beak. Pete Ptarmagin may chime in with the proper ID for you.

Yup, the yellow bill and yellow skin between the eye and the bill make it a Great Egret. (in south Florida, dark skin between the eye and bill, and larger body size, indicates the white morph of Great Blue Heron)

Thanks for the ID, guys. I'm originally from Texas and I think our egrets are of the snowy variety there.

Good to know what I was looking at in Florida. I have a feeling this one's been photographed before, he (or she) seemed okay with it.
