A few shots taken in the front yard. TAv mode, zoom set between 200mm and 300mm, ISO varies from 800 to 3200, detailed EXIF in the pictures. The camera was on a tripod with loose head to help steadiness. Have a nice DOF without going over f/20 is tricky when there is too much wind, now I have an excuse to buy the D-FA 100mm macro :P

They're not tack sharp, mainly for my lack of experience, but it was a lot of fun!

These are incredible shots...I never saw a fly look so magnificent and the ladybug's bokeh is delicious....
Now, as for that spider...I am totally freaked out & I will be back tomorrow if he haunts my dreams like
I fear lol~!
What kind of spider IS that???

I think the spider is a common (and very cute!) jumping spider.

The spider's my favorite, but the fly and ladybug are awesome too!
