Maddi is a dancer in the professional division of our ballet company here in Seattle. Super sweet girl, amazing face (enormous eyes, straight out of a Gothic painting).

Some preliminary pics from our shoot yesterday. Can't wait to get the film back...

K-5 IIs, Voigtlander Nokton 58mm 1.4 SL II (with my DIY mesh filter rubber banded to the lens hood)

Aye she has all the looks of a bonnie Irish lassie with those eyes.

One thing though... what's the story behind that rather uncomplimentary tattoo.

I don't know actually. Need to ask about that - gotta imagine there's a story there.
