Na, I used to regularly have my teeth worked on without freezing, I can guess..... I'd just rather have a short pain than two hours of the freezing wearing off.

Same here. People think I'm crazy or uber-macho, but I'd rather not be dribbling for hours after a simple filling, just to avoid a few milli-seconds of pain. I once had a root canal done without an anaesthetic, but I don't think I'd do that again, just the same. The dentist was sweating almost as much as I was...

Holy crap, he is using equipment from the 1920s; not wearing surgical gloves nor face mask. And all that in the bilge of a boat ?

The photo is taken on a former warship, HMS Belfast. Now it is a floating museum on the river Thames. :-)

I refuse to believe that this picture was taken after about 1960, regardless of what the EXIF says!

He's not really working on your teeth is he? Tell me this was posed... Just looking at it makes me start to hyperventilate!! Shot evokes that kind of emotion for me.
