With a drab grey winters day outside my windows in Melbourne, your well-captured and colourful shots brightened my mood considerably. Thanks, sweet bay. 5 & 6 were my faves.

I like daylilys, and I think you did a really nice job capturing this one. I also really like the poppy close-ups.

Thanks sweet bay nice selection. I have to admit to being a bit jealous, Day Lilies are one of my favorite flowers but we won't be seeing any for several weeks at least. I especially liked the first poppy shot, unusual coloring on the flower, well set off in your framing.

Nice job on all of them, but the detail on the bee is great!

I don't care if it's hot as blue blazes here in sunny Florida, I'm going to have to suck it up and head over to the Butterfly Rainforest at the Florida Museum of Natural History on the University of Florida campus. Since it's gotten so hot, there's not much blooming when I'm out and about, so this is a good place to go when I want to give my telezoom and macro lenses a good workout.
