Just the word asylum gives me the willies. What a creepy place and the things that went on there most likely would have been fodder for Stephen King.

They run historic and paranormal tours (Tues-Sun - if my memory serves).

They also have a Halloween Haunted house in the TB building that, supposedly, made someone pee within 10mins last year.

This site has been featured on Ghost Hunters, Paranormal Investigators, etc.

As many screws as I have loose, they wouldn't admit me. ;-) - flickr album of the ones I liked the most. - everything, lower res for free store in G+ (color and bw)

Man, if you weren't nuts before you went in this place, you'd get that way pretty quickly!

Of course, I always say, "If we weren't nuts we'd all go crazy."

Cool, foreboding photo - nicely done.

They might let you in, but would they let you back out?

Nicely captured, very moody.

What a great place for photographic opportunities, has a great spooky presence about it, even evident in photographs, well captured indeed.
