Duck Duck Goose

Out for a bit last night for some shots. Got a few I liked , albeit I have thousands of shots of these fellows and or their cousins and or off springs Maybe there are some here that don't get to see these fowl creatures as often as I do. Still beats the heck out of going out for the -20C winter shots !

Don't you love it when you get the species right? Great colors on the top duck.

Man those are sharp! The second one is really interesting because you can see how the duck can just about appear invisible to predators (but not to photographers with fancy processing skills!)

Thanks Janse - it's been said a million times , bodies come and go but good glass is forever - that's where the money should go.
