managed to get a couple of photo opportunities with a friends Beautiful little Honda Dream50R - these are a recreation of the classic racing CR110 from the 60's. this little 50cc is good for 9hp and revs to 13,500rpm (idle speed is around 4k) and the sound of it on the open megaphone race exhausts is awesome (not sure our neighbours think so though...!)

He purchased it last year from a retiring racer who had used it for the last few years in parade laps/demonstrations, but at the age of 82 was having trouble with still riding (this old racer had an amazing competition history including riding to a top 5 placing in the IOM TT races in 1963).

this recreation was built as genuine RC110's are getting to valuable to use - it's great fun to ride and absolutely tiny.

Beautiful bike, great story. I'm a minor collector ('67 Matchless G15CS Scrambler, '78 Yamaha SR 500) and I love old bike pics. If you have anymore, please post. Thanks.

It's a marvelous piece of machinery, and you did an amazing job at presenting it at best.
I would have probably neutralized the tint at least a little bit, all that vegetation around it is reflecting/refracting green light on the motorbike.
Or, it could alse be left as it is, since it creates a relaxed atmosphere.
I guess it's a matter of taste after all
