Lilies
Lens: Sigma 16-250 Camera: K-3

A few water lilies from a nearby lake. The last one is an accidental HDR. Had my camera set to 5-image bracket and thought, why not give it a try.

Not usually a fan of HDR but that last one is really good!

Although I do intentionally do the occasional HDR if conditions warrant, this one was just an accident. I had those five shots and wanted to see what would happen if they were combined. I quite like how it turned out too. Thanks for the kind comments.

I like the PP on the last, too, but I think I'm most drawn to the composition...something a bit out of the ordinary, but the symmetry is very elegant.

Really overcast with few clouds and no sun to speak of. We had gone there the previous day, nice and sunny but were too late, they had already closed up shop for the day and there wasn't a lily in sight.
