great photo, the food looks delicious, bet it smelt good. We are so lucky in the developed world to have such diversity and culinary experiences.

I can smell it here in the high desert of SoCal. I spent 5 years in Spain in the early 80's and thoroughly enjoyed the good eats while there. Our group ritual on Saturdays was Tapas hopping, the house specialty and a bottle or two of a favorite Tinto, always with a designated driver. Thanks for sharing Cliff
