Nice composition!

Only thing i'd change is lighting up all candles in the back as to have more small light points around...

Which lens was used?

Thanks BBear, I used lens SMC Pentax M 135mm F 3,5, Pentax k 10D, mounted in tripod, time of 1 second and F 3,5.
