Bumble Bee on Leaf
Lens: Pentax-F 2.8/100mm Camera: k5 ISO: 80 Shutter Speed: 1/60s Aperture: F22

First time out with two of my latest acquisitions + I used a Minolta 80PX macro flash(1/1 flash every time but exposes pretty well at f/22 80iso and has quadrant lighting switches)

This turned out interesting. At least to me. The leaf was exposed to mostly sunlight at 60th and the bee is in a shadow so it is only exposed by flash. The image ended up looking like I used some PP filter on it

I like that you can even see the shadow of his antennae, cool.

Actually this is a robber fly (Diptera: Asilidae) mimicking a bumble bee (which is likely one of its prey items).
