Oops, the PP Lightroom didn't show in you original post.

I am using helicon focus for this shot. I should have spent more time on the removal tool to remove the artifacts . I do have zerene and I would prefer zerene on retouching. The zerene stacker is slow and helicon is very much faster in PP.

I exported to lightroom to bring up the contrast, more saturated colors. the image was cropped about 50 over percent.
