This is a shot of an 8 Billion dollar nuclear reactor plant east of Kalkar, Germany never activated and turned into amusement park.Taken at night, hand held and from a moving cruise boat. By the time I saw it, ran to my cabin to get my camera I didn't have much time to think about exposure or composition(should have thought about bracketing a least). Anyway I thought it was an interesting sight.
