The amazing thing is the DoF, by using a short lens very close to the subject, you can get the whole flower in focus. None of that partially in focus stuff you get with a 70-150mm macro.

Norm, these are cool, indeed. I've used my 10-17 for closeups but never - as far as I can remember - with flowers. Mind if I steal your idea?
