This picture was taken at Bagotville airbase airshow. It was a simulation of an assault by a CH-146 Griffon squadron. The day was grey, the helicopters backlighted and smoke was hiding most of the details. So, since the image was only dark grey helicopters on a lighter grey background, I've decided to push this effect in post treatment. This preserves the interesting graphic quality of the repeated helicopters' shapes with an overall much more dramtic look.
