Hi guys, I'm new here, and to photography. Here's some photos I took on my recent trip around Peru. Any tips/advice would be great.

Welcome! Fascinating photos! The mountains are just spectacular - although you need to adjust the white balance because the whole scene is green.

I guess if you're going to start a photographic career, Machu Picchu is a good place. Those are some interesting images.

It might just be my laptop, but the first one looks a bit dark or underexposed. Other than that, they're pretty good shots.

What a great place to start off your photographic journey with Pentax, plenty there to capture the imagination and well as the shutter.

Since you asked for critiques (btw we have a whole forum for that specifically), I'll say fantastic captures.. the little girl though is out of focus and, as someone already mentioned, the photograph of the mountains needs a white balance correction.

They are rich in color (minus the B+W photo hehe) and nicely contrasty too.

And you composed these rather well... I guess the saying is true 'if you want more interesting photos, stand in front of more interesting things' (paraphrased)

Thank you for sharing these with us!
