Great image and sentiment, I would perhaps like to change the background bottle with you for something a little more local to here, before I pull up my chair and get comfortable.

kerrowdown your bottle most likely contains some jack. Jack uses virgin barrels then sells them to Scottland distilleries. I am a poor man thus drinking sour mash Tennessee whiskey at the moment.

Thanks! Here in our place, our local wine are just simple rice wine called "tapeuy/tapey" (with a silent 'e') and sugar cane wine called "basi"...

Aye, but I understand that they are now starting 2nd fill on casks, much to the anger of the American cooperage business.

So we're now anticipating a shortage of fine American Oak casks over time now.
