Sunbathing
Lens: Bigma 50-500 OS HSM Camera: K3 Photo Location: Grand Rapids, MI ISO: 800 Shutter Speed: 1/640s Aperture: F8

I was out for a walk along a local river walkway with the Bigma and spotted this little guy through the branches. Luckily it was a very bright sunny day and he was kind enough to sit still for me. I have only had a chance to use my Bigma a few times so far so since I received it. Looking forward to getting out more this summer.

Thank you for the compliment. I have been very pleased with the Bigma so far. My back has other thoughts though.

They always look so judgmental. Nice capture with the big one.

I don't normally see a turtle showing so much of its head - good catch!

Nice photo of the turtle. He/she looks very comfortable sunning away on the log.

Nice. I've been looking forgone all year. There's been a huge die off of turtles up here, no on eknoows why.
