Sleep Late on Sunday Morning?
Lens: Bigma 50-500 Camera: K5IIs Photo Location: Woods of Otis ISO: 2000 Shutter Speed: 1/80s Aperture: F6.7

Do you sleep late on Sunday mornings? Otis does and it seems to make him extra tired so by mid morning he needs a little nap to get him to noon.

"This cheater branch old Rupert screwed onto this tree looks like a good spot for a little nap."

"Wouldn't hurt if it was a little wider and had a soft mattress on top?"

"I think I can make it work for me!"

"Oh Yeah! This is like ridin' in a Cadillac!"

Only Otis could find comfort on a skinny old hard stick screwed to a tree!

Regards!

Most mornings, including Sunday, I'm just crawling into bed, lol. Actually when I can sleep in late I like to. I'm a definite night owl. Some of my siblings get up to go to church and that but I never thought much of that, getting up or church. I had to get up early as a kid even when I was up all night because I could not sleep at night like most people. I'm not wired to be a day walker. Never was. As a little kid I used to wander the house in the dark. Later I'd sneak out to wander all night with my two BFF's who were the same way. Our parents always thought we were lazy because we wanted to sleep till noon. Nope, we just stayed up till 4 AM all the time. I've intentionally worked afternoon and night shifts all my life for that reason. I walk into walls trying to sleep like most people do. I just don't get enough sleep trying to live during the day. My bio clock doesn't even start clicking properly till 6PM.

Otis relates to you Mag....he is a genuine Party Animal. Several times a week I have to yell out the window at 2AM for him to tone it down in his big penthouse high in the oak trees. The worst is when those girly squirrels scream out "Oh Otis! you are a fantastic lover."

Regards!

Nice Otis pictures Rupert but last month in Waterton Lakes National Park I met one of his older relatives and she would like a word with him. I think it involves broken promises about peanuts and beer......... I'll post a picture later
