Yes, but next time Kerrowdown you will come up with shots which will struck us to the ground!
How about this one from today, the "Duchess" in action (with a slight crop).

Aye that's what they are doing there at this time, having dinner so to speak.

Of that dinner or the location of the restaurant?

I just do it quite randomly on a notion after quickly checking low tide time and the weather (for amount of light... not for levels of wetness lol).

Aye it would good not to be the only Pentax person, amongst the sea of every other brand possible... from iPads to Canon Bazookas.

Nice shot. A neat variation on the "salmon jumps into bear's mouth" theme. Timing is everything - and luck. Were you shooting in burst mode?

I might head down this evening after dinner. Ozzrod has given me a couple of tips for running with a DSLR.

Thank you.

No "spray & pray" modes here... as that's never worked out for me on the rare occasions I've tried it, just shoot individual frames me.

The one I used was to shorten the strap such that I can use my forearm to stop the camera from bouncing around. Seemed to work pretty well, but once I got tired (because I'm not in fantastic shape) it cramped the efficiency of my stride.

It was a lovely run regardless. When the weather is this nice and there's plenty of people around it just feels good to be there. Of course, it was far too late for dolphins, but I'll leave the good photos to you.
