Wheaties - the Breakfast of Champions! is now coming out with a beer. HefeWheaties Beer - what a bad name, say it ain't so.... I guess you will soon be able to drink your breakfast.

Used to drink in the Chequers a fair bit, back in the day....and The Turf Tavern, Lamb and Flag, Eagle and Child, Wheatsheaf, Royal Oak, Horse and Jockey, Cricketers, Rose and Crown, King's Arms, White Horse, Head of the River, and a few more in Jericho who's names I've forgotten! Never bought a oaf of bread in ANY of 'em!

Since I stayed in Oxford only for 2 days and had to focus on driving on the "wrong" side I couldn't try all these fine places
Only made it to the Head of the River and the White House ... but now my daughter lives in walking distance to the Head ... I will be back soon to catch up!
