That's interesting, from the graveyard to the bush...usually the other way around. Those trees and brush in background are really cool so subdued in contrast with the foreground and subject. I'll bet the duster won't be so clean upon the return. City shoes?

The background almost looks like it is a "rear projection" that we often see in movies.

Great take and superb "hues" ... I really like it.

Unfortunately, Blunnies used to be a Hobart (Tasmania) based manufacturer...... they offshored some years ago. They were a customer of mine back when I was Tasmania based (free boots!)....Blunnies are more a workers boot. The coat I was wearing is a Drizabone (wastecoat as well).... another iconic Aussie company.... pants have to be RM Willims moleskins... of course. The hat's (Akubra) been with me a gazillion years ..... from my "back of Bourke" pig shooting days way back.....I'm heading out that way in October for a while (camera only)..... main difference these days is the swag (that I'm carrying) will have a much thicker mattress in it...

Drizabone, oh yeah, a go to coat for these "day in and day out" drizzly/dank days we have here. I've got the traditional deluxe short coat and two Belltrees vests. I wear the vests nearly all year 'round. Territory, Bushman and Cattleman, with an everyday wear Lawson (fawn) Akubras. Gear like this awesome. The hat you have on was the first thing I noticed. That sucker has character. I'll check out those moleskins online. Have you looked into our Filson clothing from Seattle? Also a bit spendy are the handmade top grain Whites boots from Spokane Washington. Yes, sometimes a thinning of the herd is good for all involved even the pigs. I like a little fresh venison on the plate each year. Cheers
