Nature Gone fishing

I was out walking along a section of the North County Scenic Trail and came up on this guy. He was just sitting there right next to a foot bridge. All of the bikers passed by not knowing he was there. He turned out to be quite the fisher. I live in the city so I rarely get to see a Great Blue Heron anymore.

Thankyou, I was lucky on the first one he stayed still long enough. Holding that 500mm lens steady is proving to be rather difficult.
