Still Cheatin'!
Lens: Bigma 50-500 Camera: K5Iis Photo Location: Woods of Otis
Posted By: Rupert, 08-16-2015, 05:28 PM

I'm still getting a few shots every day from that cheater branch I screwed on to a tree trunk to get better background bokeh when shooting through my office windows. Usually have to use high ISO, but some come out half decent.

Even handsome squirrels use it at times......here you can see where it is screwed into the tree trunk.

Beats having to deal with ugly tree trunk backgrounds!

Regards!

Nice shots Rupert, looks like that branch is quite the popular place.

Your cheatin' branch
Will make you weep
You'll cry and cry
And try to sleep

But sleep won't come
The whole night through
Your cheatin' branch
Will tell on you...

Yep, gets busier all the time. At first it was slow, but now they are all used to it. Pretty handy for my lazy shooting style!

I like it! I do a little poetry myself at times but am best known for my drawings...I have great artistic talents....I am told...by Otis!
Here is one of my latest....I should warn...it's NSFW! .....I like the skin tones, you too?

Yes, I love Fuji colors! All my work is not vulgar and Risqué ........I do some serious landscapes.....and bovine work too.

This one is called "Boy Goes Fishing-Bovine Goes Free!" It is in one of the world's top Fine Art Galleries, but I can't name it here due to security considerations.

Hope you like it...if not, I have some more naked girls you might like better?

Regards!
