I wonder why a bird carcass would attract Bees & Wasps? Nice shots.

Awesome. The last one is outrageous with the yellow jacket departing company and the carcass tossed about. I learned that the yellow jacket wasp and hornets are ravenous carnivores when I used to hunt grouse. If left unattended on a warm day the grouse would be half eaten by them in short time.

Terrific.... maybe not so good for the captured bird but hey, not everybody can be happy all the time.

Thanks EM, For whatever reason , this summer we have had a lot more wasps and hornets around than ever before and they do like to feed on carcasses.
