Astotin Lake - Post Sunset
Lens: DA 35LTD Camera: K5iis Photo Location: Elk Island, Alberta ISO: 80 Shutter Speed: Above 6s Aperture: F11

Taken around 09:10 pm - about 1/2 or so past sunset 20s exposure rarely do I use the 35LTD for Landscapes, I may change that after this one.

Wow. Gorgeous shot. Love the colors in the horizon mirrored in the lake.

Since a few minutes ago, I have been viewing the photos here, from the most recent to those posted since last night. I told myself, "Which one would make me stop and take a second ... or third look. And this is the first that did that." So many wonderful elements from the foreground to the distant horizon to keep the viewers engaged. Very beautifully captured and aptly processed daacon. Makes me miss Alberta.

Thanks Fries - yeah I don't use mine very often either, but I happen to have it with me and I have been trying to use what I own - or sell them , I think the 35ltd is in the keeper column.

Thanks Jerry - appreciate it. Had to get down low for this one - at my age not an issue yet - however getting back up ...
