Great flowers, but why iso 1000 and a bazooka for such a subject ? 400 is the max I allow myself (ok with a K200D you can't go high, maybe if I had a k-5 I would sometime use 800).
These are taken at iso 100 with a Cosina 24mm 2.8 closed f22 1/180 and flash (close macro shot) :

Ok it's not a flower, sorry - My tastes. When it comes to nature subjects I prefer wild green plants or flowers/fruits, a bit less flashy

Oh and I take this opportunity to ask you : could you show me the code you enter to embed flickr links in your posts ?
It would be nice and helpfull !

Was out birding so thats the lens I used, there was no need to change it out.to get the same results and auto ISO is where it went on a rainy grey day.No need to limit ISO on a k-3.I got shots 12,800 Very clean if you control the exposure correctly.Don't under exposure and its not an issue at all.at least for me its not.your blade shot has quite a bit of background noise for such a low iso and why f/22.

As far as flicker click on your image you want and then the right angled arrow then select the BB code right click copy and paste in the text box.

A K-3... only in my dreams atm (out of my budget) but a k-5 maybe in next months, I understand you don't matter too much of increasing ISO with these performing CMOS sensors. The K200D CCD starts being very noisy at 800, I can fix it well with LR noise reduction filters but 1600 is horrible !

Thanks also for the BBCODE tip, I'll test it righ now with on of my favorite shots
