Just out and about on a hot date with my “Gorgeous Lady” (SMC Pentax-A* 200mm F2.8 ED) today.

Perhaps I needed to add a speech bubble to the image, so you all know which one doing the talking/thinking.

It depends on what the meaning of the word "is" is.

I wondered where you had got to, I've been posting away and not a peep out of that Joel B fellow.

Thanks for the explanation, see you are a clever fellow as you follow all that political stuff.

Was that the dame with the stained frock?

No, no. Not politics. It's history.

Aye right enough... I do remember bits of this happening now, which is pretty good for me as I can't usually remember breakfast.

Took some time off from the fast paced world of the forum. Built a fence, played in the garden, etc. But now I got some catching up to do!

kd, your image is interesting on a number of fronts:
1. The man talking is not getting a lot of attention! If he is tour guide or something, he needs to brighten up his 'guiding'. Most of the people are positively bored!
2. The bent bits of steel rod protruding from the pavement constitute a personal injury suit waiting to happen
3. Interesting sign: "What boats use the canal?" Is there an answer sign somewhere?

Apart from all that, a nice capture of a (mostly) unaware crowd. - and another sunny day in Scotland. Is that three now?

---------- Post added 09-28-2015 at 01:44 PM ----------

Oops. I just realised the 'bent bits of steel rod' are probably hitching points for floating horses or something.

That's exactly what caught the roving Kerrowdown eye initially.

See you got there all on your own.

Thanks, I sat there for quite a while... camera to eye waiting for something to happen, before she turned and spotted me.

Nah, we like to keep folk guessing, besides that... the rejection factor of folk when they get the answer wrong, can be soul destroying to watch.

I don't think so, it can't be that many... I'll need to go back and check.

Take it from someone who doesn't tan, a sunny day can be quite destructive! So in my view a lack of them is not a problem.
