Toronto Skyline

Hello All,

Played in the dark tonight with a Zoom

Shot RAW DNG, Converted and resized in ACDSee Pro 2

No other PP - I like the results.

maybe I was too harsh!

very nice shot, and the city is very well lit.

I thought for earth hour we didn't do enough (see below) but maybe I was wrong.

Heinrich - I wish at times I did live on the Island No this was at Humber Bay Park (Lakeshore and Parklawn)

and Lowell - I tend to think we still didn't do enough for earth day - but nice shot BTW

Curious question. Where did you shoot from.

I shot from the park where the humber river meets the lake, at the foot of parklawn road. I walked all the way out on the point nearest to ontario place

nice light effects, as easy as it sounds, photographing toronto at night takes quite a bit of patience, congrats.




i once ended up here while drunk with my friends, we ended up watching the sunrise while drinking shitty tim hortons coffee and playing cards

in some juvanile way it was the most serene moment during that whole summer,


anyway, the view of toronto from the side here is very nice, on a clear cool day you can probably get some neat shots with a good telephoto

If this link works I was right between the two rock outcrops.

Gooshin,

I know that little park, I used to live in that area - as a teenager I played hockey on the ice rink.
