Just ONE MORE Sparrow.... I promise!
Lens: Pentax-DA L 55-300mm ED Camera: K-50 Photo Location: SW Idaho ISO: 800 Shutter Speed: 1/350s Aperture: F13.5

I promise not to clutter the forum with any more sparrow photos.... but this one, in the evening light really grabbed my attention.

Thanks, Matt. I highly recommend the DA L 55-300mm ED. I'm sure there are others who can recommend better lenses, but this is the best I have in MY inventory for such work. But, then again, I'm only shooting from a distance of about 12-14 ft. My "hide" is in my dining room and I'm shooting out onto my patio. I clamped some tree limbs onto a small ladder and move them around occasionally to change the "scene."
