A few from the long weekend. (Thanksgiving in Canada.)

Very nice, especially #4, that's a really good shot. #5 is very enjoyable as well!

Thanks Matt... but it then, you and I tend to enjoy the view from the heights, more than most, I suspect. It's funny, when we go hiking, Tess always wants to go down to the wetlands, I always want to go up to the ridges.

I don't think so. The affiliation ended after the 2008 season. And the Jays never sent many prospects to AAA anyway. They usually traded them before they got out of AA.

I guess the short drive between Buffalo and Toronto made Buffalo more appealing. Toronto is always bringing guys from Buffalo for a game or two, then sending them back.

When the Chiefs broke the affiliation and signed with the Washington Nationals the Jays actually were left scrambling for an affiliate. They ended up with Las Vegas at the time. Syracuse wanted to become the Mets affiliate, Auburn, NY is a single A affiliate of the Mets, but they signed with Buffalo instead. Then the Mets decided to go with Las Vegas in 2013 and the Jays got Buffalo.

Now the Chiefs just wait for Strasburg or Harper to get hurt and have to do a rehab stint...Strasburg did a rehab start this year and it was the only game that came close to being sold out all year.
