Here are two images from Oak Creek Canyon. Both are bracketed @ 5 frames +/-2ev. The first is with the Sigma 18-35 while the second is with the FA 31

The first one is from the upper reaches of Oak Creek, while the second is from the lower reaches about a mile into the canyon from Sedona. From last weekend and fall had not really started and it's also going to be somewhat of a dismal color season...

I'm heading to Oak Creek Saturday. The "Leaf-o-Meter" says things have improved a bit since last weekend. Hopefully won't be as dismal as you've predicated...

Glad I postponed the trip a week. Was going to go because Az Highways was conducting their 3 day photo workshop last weekend, and usually they are great about timing. Guess Nature was not cooperative this year.

The greens of October are still better than the greys of February.
