Many photos can evoke memories of a specific moment or short period of time but I found this one I took about eight years ago just before I gave up serious mountain climbing (60 seemed to be the right age) that could have taken any time in the last forty years.

I far as I remember it was taken with a Nikon point and shoot

A very nice capture even with a point and shoot. They have come a long way and do generate some very nice images. Thanks for posting.
