If you are producing these great images with the kit lenses ... imagine what you could do with an FA50, or 31/43/77 Limited ... wow.

Some of those shots, especially 3 and 4, are absolutely stunning.

Nope no diffuser =) That is just me in there! LOL!

*Thank you all for the comments! I am hoping to buy a new GOOD lens after I sell off my K100D, so I need to research them. What do y'all think I should get? A faster portrait or a macro??! tips please?! Should I stick with the pentax name or spread my wings?! =)
First of all, this is a very professional looking set. Your name is on a great set of photos, with a logo, and I say that this is the start of spreading your wings. I was wondering if you shoot professionally or if this was a 'family/friends' set.

From what I am gathering, you are a small time shooter but you need to go into business.

Now, what does the camera brand have to do with it?

TY so much!! =)
If only I believed in me as much as other's, I would be SET! LOL!

It is infact 98% family and friends! I have only done 1 BIG shoot (6 familys at a 80th b-day. The rest are my kids (#'s 4 & 10) 2nd cousins, and friends kids! =)

Would LOVE to do a business but right now I feel like I am still learning (and TRYING to build confidence!)
I am all self taught and have been shooting since January 2007. But never got outta the on board flash and auto until August 2007. =)

Thanks again for the comments! Everyone is super kind!

Wow. Those are some awesome, awesome portraits.

The fact that you're doing them with the kit lens is absolutely amazing, and a speedlite!

You should write a book or something, seriously.
