Macro Early attempts

Here is one of the first photos I took with my recently acquired Panagor 55mm macro lens. Forget-Me-Nots are only a few millimetres across, so I'm already impressed with what this lens can do.

good picture, however if your goal was to capture the insect, you missed focus slightly. see the lower left corner how sharp your lens can really be. top it down to f4 and you will achieve stunning sharpness

Yes I had noticed that, I look forward to trying to get the best out of this nice old lens. Thanks for taking time to respond.
