Great shots Norm. Thanks for sharing.

I'm guessing most are taken with your DA*60-250?

You aroused my curiosity so I counted.
14 DA*60-250, with or without the TC
7 with the A-400 with or without the TC
2 with the 18-135
1 with the 70-210
1 with the FA 50
1 with the Tamron 90

Very nice. You must be a very patient & quiet photographer to capture shots like these!

Fantastic shots Norm....but Otis was so disappointed....not a single handsome squirrel, and he knows you have some!

Maybe you could go back and add one? I'm pretty certain it would get you that coveted Otis Seal of Approval.

Regards!

When I'm in the park, I often have 3 sets of photographers come, snap a few images, stay for 20 minutes , and go, before I leave... most of the time you get one chance for these images. If you have an idea as to what the image might be, you can't go before you get it the way you want it. A lo too the time, until you just picked a spot and sat down for 20 minutes, you don't even know what the possibilities might be.

She was by to say "hi" the other day, I don't put feed out during the summer, but she drops in every now and then. This time of year there's still lots of food elsewhere. Once the snow hits the ground, I'll see her every day.

Otis, being one of your biggest fans, knew you would add a handsome squirrel for him. So...he had a long prepared speech to go with your Otis Award, but I told him the best thing was to skip the speech and just give you the award! You can thank me later!

Awarded to Norm for outstanding photographic excellence and superb squirrel shooting....Nov 13 2015.
