Teh Russians Heart Mah Kitteh!
Lens: Helios 44-2, Jupiter-9 Camera: K-01 Photo Location: Home

Shot wide open, my new base DXO Optics Pro preset + small boost in saturation. Both lenses render a bit warm, but I did not correct WB. Late afternoon sun diffused thru a partially-open aluminum blind gave a soft, warm light.

Helios 44-2 (the green dots are from my sweetie's MFC printer, the red dot is from her Leica PC)

Jupiter-9

Thanks. I very much enjoy both lens' gentle, muted warm rendering.

Heh, I thought so, too, which is why I felt like posting them. I am glad you noticed. We all talk so often of finding the proper focal length for a particular subject, but IMO finding the right rendering is important, too.
