Nice tonal quality in the shot with interesting angles and curves.

The best staircase shot I have seen in a while. The lighting is perfect too. Excellent.

If you like staircases, Natalie Hill (nathill) on Instagram does a lot of them.

I'm really enjoying the "wave" like action of the stairs in contrast to the grid of the tiles. It's definitely one I could stare at for while.

B&W works really well with these shapes. Well exposed and processed.

smooth curves on the rails with the stairs and patterns on the floors create a very effective image, nice composition. well done

Thank you to everybody for your kind words. I have always been happy with that shot and a lot of credit must go to my DA 15mm Limited.
As it happens I will be back in that building next Wednesday so I might even give it another try. Plus there are lots of other good photo ops there.
