Night Horsehead and Andromeda

Hello all. I am attaching my first two attempts at DSO with my Orion scope and K5 IIs.

Andromeda was 11x3mins at ISO 400 and 1 dark.
Horsehead was 10x5 mins at ISO 800 and 1 dark.
Scope is an Orion 8" newt on atlas eq-g with Orion star shoot autoguider.
Camera is a Pentax k5 iis
Prime focus with a coma corrector.

Thanks! I plan to do some more work on both. I really want to get some good hours of exposure on horse head.

Great imaging! You may want to check out the astrophotography user group on this forum. Some recent discussions of the Orion area there.
