Milky Way Shots
Lens: Rokinon 10mm Camera: K5 IIs Photo Location: Caswell Beach NC ISO: 1600 Shutter Speed: Above 6s Aperture: F2.8

Single exposure, catching the Milky Way, taken below Caswell Beach Lighthouse.
K5 IIs
Rokinon 10mm f/2.8
~20sec exposure IIRC
ISO1600 IIRC

Also a single exposure taken at the beach access.

Rokinon 10mm f/2.8
~20sec exposure IIRC
ISO3200 IIRC

I'm not sure what you mean by that. Are you referring to the focus?

My question was about the light exposure, not the focus...Was the headlight illuminated (as for the wood bridge) ?
20 seconds at 1600 ISO or 3200 ISO seams too much exposure for illuminated structures....it is puzzling.

I'm guessing the dock was illuminated by the lighthouse.

Yeah, looks like a "jumping off" spot. Pretty cool photo.

Thanks all. As for the illumination, there was only ambient lighting from some street lamps int the parking lot. No direct lighting.
