Some odds and ends from the last couple of weeks

Here are a couple from Nakoda country







Here is a tiny unidentified bug in a strawberry flower





Is this considered foreplay?





Some playfull Richardson's Ground Squirrels




All with K10D, first two and the last one 16-45, the other two FA 2.8 100mm macro

That sure is beautiful country! I particularly like the way you used the limbs to aid in framing the second shot. The ground squirrels are cute, and must be pretty tame to let you get that close with the 16-45! Thanks for posting these Heinrich.

I would never consider your output as odds and ends Heinrich. I love the shot of the ground squirrels.

The landscapes are breathe taking beautiful as for the squirrels how close is close

Thank you Scott, the ground squirrels were on the Royal Tyrrell Museum's grounds in Drumheller almost right next to the walkway to the parking lot. So they are used to a lot of foot traffic, I only noticed them on the way back to the parking lot and got only a few shots of which this is the best one.
