Grand Teton - start of the day
Camera: K-3 Photo Location: Wyoming
Posted By: slowpez, 12-24-2015, 07:25 AM

A couple from Jenny Lake at sunrise. We had to get up at 4 AM to make it there in time and then the path down to the lake was closed. Disappointed but I still like the photos.
One from Oxbow Bend and the silly dog's face in the snow, #4 is from Cunningham's cabin and the last is another shot of Schwawbacker's Landing.

Well worth it, I think--you should clear some wall space for #1 at the very least.

Morning person I am not but we made an effort this trip. Kept our bodies on eastern time as we traveled west. It actually worked for quite some time. Thanks for the kind comment.

Thanks for pointing that out Franc. Don't know how I missed that. Appreciate it. Hopefully it is fixed now although now it is #5 instead of #2.

Thanks Carol and Kath. The mountains just kept getting redder and redder as the sun rose. Amazing to watch.

Excellent series Susan. I haven't been down there in awhile. Maybe next year.

What do you mean get up, that's coming home time here in Scotland, you could have gone straight to the view.

Really nice, Susan. The Tetons form an amazing sight, and you've captured the feel perfectly.

Merry Christmas!
