Thanks! Yes it is. During the Oktoberfest the access to the church tower is open and can be accessed for a small fee.
I took a panorama from up there during the smaller Frühlingsfest. I will post it later.

The slow exposure brought an mystical quality to what is otherwise a stark sky. Beautifully done!

Thanks. This was taken just after the passage of a cold front which helped for that sky.
