A Shoot in the Poppies
Posted By: TwoColor, 07-01-2008, 12:51 PM

Every year poppies come up in this field above my house. My office gets bombarded with calls. I put people on a waiting list, first come first served. The poppies are up for only one week. I only do one a day for lighting purposes. Here's the first one this year!

All great stuff. I really like #8 for some reason, probably his expression.

Nice lighting and exposure all around.

Nice images, good compositions. I would have liked to see some shots from further away to really showcase the poppies. The portraits and the landscapes would complement each other. Thanks for sharing.

These are actually clients! I do have photos in this location that I took using a tripod and a remote last summer!

This summer we're trying to think of something different to try!

Excellant portrates, happy looking family. One of my short-comings, I have a number of people snapshots but veryn few that fall in the portrate class. jim
