Helping hand
Lens: DA 50-135 Camera: K-3 Photo Location: New York City ISO: 3200 Shutter Speed: 1/160s Aperture: F5

This was taken during baby squirrel season at the Wild Bird Fund, where I volunteer as a caregiver (and occasionally as a photographer).

I wish a little more of the squirrel's eye was visible, but this was one of those fleeting gestures that didn't get repeated.

It's the paw-in-hand that gets me.

Very nice.... I'm surprised you don't have one of Otis' awards yet. Rupert must be sleeping on the job.

Less exasperated people than me should explain who Otis and Rupert are. I might get into a heavy psychological analysis. It wouldn't be pretty.
