That steam! It's as if the viewer is right there.

This was a really interesting night, and the perfect time for steam! It was in the dead of Canadian winter, at a Casino just north of Ottawa. A number of the vendors were set up outside in -25C weather, the steam off their deep fryers was intense. As was the smell from the stinky tofu! We tried it - for something truly smells wretched, it had an interesting taste.
