Thx. Just need to practise a bit. For the glow effect, the spider is under the leaf, so main flash is on top of the leaf to give the green glow (like a green filter) then a sub flash with lower power is below the spider to flash off some shadow.

Man, I do have some learning to do! Great shots. I wish I has the patience on the amount of set up required to get these pictures. I will now go and practise more. Full day of shooting tomorrow and its my birthday present to myself. Cheers JIMBO

Thx?^^; Try not use them to compare, but more of the inspire. I tend to see great shots as a form of inspiration and motivation^^

Thx. These flies have a habbit of waving their "hands" think it's sort of a mating call.^^
